WARRANTY GUIDELINES
These guidelines outline the coverage, conditions, and support we provide for all Cronax products. We are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions—and in the rare case of a defect, we ensure timely service and support.

At Cronax Industries, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. Our warranty policy is designed to give our customers peace of mind and ensure prompt support in case of any manufacturing defects.
1. Warranty Coverage
All products manufactured by Cronax Industries are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
Warranty Period: Unless otherwise specified, the standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of dispatch, whichever comes first.
Warranty applies only to products installed, maintained, and operated according to the guidelines provided by Cronax Industries.
2. What Is Covered
Defects in materials or manufacturing | Malfunctioning of mechanical or electrical components due to factory errors | Replacement of faulty parts under standard conditions
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or mishandling | Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel
Damage due to accidents, power surges, environmental conditions (e.g., moisture, corrosion), or natural disasters | Consumable parts (e.g., filters, brushes) and normal wear & tear
4. Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:

Provide the product serial number, invoice details, and a brief description of the issue.
Our technical team will evaluate the claim and may request on-site inspection or return of the product/component for analysis.
5. Resolution Options
Depending on the assessment, we may:
Repair the defective product | Replace the faulty component | Offer technical guidance or corrective instructions
All warranty service will be provided either at our facility or onsite based on the nature of the defect and agreed terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cronax Industries’ liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement as described above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product failure or downtime.
7. Modifications to Warranty Policy
Cronax Industries reserves the right to modify or update these warranty guidelines at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
