Technical Overview

The doors are constructed with 40 mm thick double-skinned sandwich panels filled with CFC-free polyurethane foam. This ensures excellent insulation with a U-value of around 1.1 W/m²·K, going as low as 1.0 W/m²·K in premium models. The panel design also offers noise reduction of up to 25 dB, making them suitable for noise-sensitive environments.

Tested and certified to CE and EN 13241-1 standards, these doors provide wind resistance and air tightness up to Class 3. They can withstand harsh weather, ensuring longevity in industrial and commercial settings. Doors are supported by galvanized tracks, torsion springs, and heavy-duty rollers for smooth, quiet operation. Can be operated manually, by chain-hoist, or powered with electromechanical motors.
