Shutter Type	Roll-up shutter with galvanised steel pre-coated in aluminium–zinc alloy (“Galvalume”) for superior corrosion resistance and protective oxide layer.
Primary Application	Ideal for commercial and industrial environments—warehouses, loading docks, showrooms—valued for aesthetics, durability, and long-term performance.
Maximum Clear Opening	Up to 15,000 mm × 15,000 mm; larger sizes are custom available.
Profile Options	Three profile heights—78 mm, 81 mm, and 120 mm—selected to match opening size and structural requirements.
Material Thickness	Steel plate from 0.9 to 1.2 mm thick for robust rolling curtain.
Wind Resistance	Wind-load Class 2 for shutters up to 10,000 mm wide (per EN 12424 standard); optional telescopic wind-lock system for up to 210 km/h wind resistance.
Automation & Emergency	Motorised operation with CE-certified automation per EN 13241-1; manual chain override in power failure.
Sealing Features	Bend-resistant aluminium bottom rail fitted with flexible EPDM tubular seal for effective weatherproofing.
Side Guides	2 mm galvanised-steel guide frames with optional heavy-duty 3.15–5 mm variants and seal kits on request.
Extras (Optional)	Perforated ventilating profiles, vision panel options, wicket access door or lock kits.

Drive Options	Choose from European direct-drive, indirect-drive, tubular motor, or central gearbox operators.
Manual Override	Manual operation via hand chain or crank in case of power cut.
Power Supply	Compatible with 230 V single-phase or 415 V three-phase systems.
Control Function	Standard Open / Stop / Close operation with integrated limit switches; Dead-man control required.
Safety Features	Optional photocells, bottom safety edge, flashing light and buzzer, and key-switch or interlock controls between multiple shutters.

Standard Colours	Grey primer (RAL 7015), silver (RAL 9006), blue (RAL 5010), orange (RAL 2000) and default grey; other RAL shades available on request.
Surface Treatments	Options include hot-dip galvanizing (ISO 1461) and C5M-grade marine paint systems (ISO 12944 after sand blasting).
