Technical Overview

Cronax Hangar Doors are CE-certified and comply with EN 13241-1 standards, with no size limitations and high wind resistance. The mildew-, UV-, and fire-protected fabric weighs 900 g/m² and offers tear strength of 550/550 N and tensile strength of 4000/4000 N per 5 cm. Structural components are manufactured from galvanized steel, anodized aluminium, and stainless steel for superior durability.

The electrical system is IP65-rated, with multiple voltage options and motor ratings from 1 to 5 kW. Torsion capacities range from 400 Nm to 4800 Nm, ensuring reliable performance across industries. Thermal insulation achieves U-values as low as 0.57 W/(m²·K), while acoustic performance delivers noise reduction between 25 dB and 35 dB, ensuring energy efficiency and a quieter environment.

Available in MS, SS, or aluminium, our hangar doors can be tailored with thermal insulation, arctic fabrics, vision panels, soundproofing, and added security. Resistant to temperatures from +70°C to -60°C, they are built to perform in any environment.
